Desde el comité "Applications of Visual Science" de la OSA, dirigido por Enrique Josua Fernández (Universidad de Murcia), han organizado el seminario online "Optical solutions for the ophthalmic clinic", que incluye: 

- Optics for cataracts: New instrumentation to objectively classify cataracts.(Dr. H. Ginis, Athens Eye Hospital, Greece). 
- Optics for AMD: Mini intra-ocular telescopes to increase the optical quality of the eye in patients with AMD. (Prof. P. Artal, University of Murcia, Spain)
- Optics for detection of photoreceptor diseases: Advanced microscopes to see the retina. (Dr. A. Dubra, Byers Eye Institute, Stanford University USA)
