The more I recognise who I am, the more I know that I need support of my peers and family. It is by no means uncommon to feel the necessity of accompaniment, love when you feel self-hatred and loneliness. It is in the bad moments, hasty situations, when you can test the waters, give a test run and ask yourself who is with you.
Cuánto más me llego a conocer, más consciente soy del apoyo que necesito, de mis seres queridos, tanto familia, como amigos. De ninguna manera es poco común sentir esa necesidad, de estar acompañados, de sentir amor, y más cuando sentimos esa soledad, ese autodesprecio. Es en los malos momentos, en las situaciones apresuradas, cuando tanteamos el terreno y nos preguntamos "¿quién está conmigo?".

Hardly anyone can encourage you to put in for the criticism, deal with your problems, struggle for what you want and gain self-esteem. I apologise for believing there are much people you can count on. However, family are often fighting with you due to the tenderness they have you. I thank them for their pieces of advice which have been a gift for me.
Casi nadie es capaz de animarte y lanzarte a tus miedos, de dejar a un lado las críticas y exponerse al peligro contigo. Casi nadie es capaz de animarte a resolver tus problemas, para enfrentarte a ellos con todas tus fuerzas, y ganar esa autoestima, esa autoconfianza que muchas veces falta.
Debo reconocer, y me disculpo. He creído en muchos, en los que al final no he podido confiar. Sin embargo, la familia suele ser siempre el pilar fundamental, el pilar que te demuestra el cariño infinito que tus sentimientos se merecen. Ellos son a quiénes debo agradecer sus consejos, un regalo que jamás tendrá precio.

Moreover, there are people who you do not wait for so much, even though they keep trying to be the best for you. People who worry about you despite the fact that you have never known of their existence. You had not the foggiest why you must put on your thinking cap relying on them. Nevertheless, they think it is time for them you notice they stand out in your life. At the moment, you bump into this kind of people because they have popped up surprisingly, you must maintain a good relationship with them. These people display that actions speak louder than words and make you feel up to achieving everything you want.
Además, existen personas de las que no esperas nada, y en cambio, prefieren seguir a tu lado, e intentan ser lo mejor que te haya pasado. Gente que se preocupa por ti aún tu no teniendo ni idea de su existencia. No tienes ni idea de dónde han salido, pero sabes que debes reconsiderar el hecho de que formen parte de tu vida. Son únicos, y quieren hacer notar, que tú, también lo eres. Cuando los encuentras, mejor no dejarlos escapar. Actúan siempre desde los hechos, y te hacen sentirte que puedes con todo.

As far as I am concerned, there will always be people who are within your family, and people who want to become an usual member of your family. The people you take care and they take care of you too, these people are the most treasured possession we have.
Y es así, existen personas que son tu familia, y otras, que no lo son, pero se hacen querer como un miembro más. Es gente que cuida de ti, al igual que tú cuidas de ellos. Ellos son, lo mejor que tenemos, lo más sagrado y bello que la vida nos ofrece.
